Hillary Clinton

Hillary's whole name is Hillary Diane Rodham-Clinton. She was born on October 26,1947 in Chicago, Illinoos at Edgewater Hospital. Hillary's hometown is Park Ridge, lll. Her religion is Christian (United Methodist). Her fathers name is Hugh Ellsworth Rodham he was the son of Welsh an English immigrant. Her father had a small but successful business in the textile industry. Hillary's mothers name is Dorothy Emma Howell she is English, Scottish, and French Canadian. She was a homemaker. Hillary has two younger brother and their names are Hugh Jr. and Tony.

As a child Hillary was involved in many different activities. She was involved in activities at church and at her public school . When she was little she was a girl scout and she recieved a reward. She went to Maine East High School. Hillary participated in the student council debating team. She was Also in the National Honor Society. Then for her senior year Hillary went to Maine South High School. There she was a National Merit Finialist and graduated in 1965. Hillary got to meet Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Chicago in 1962.

In 1956 Hillary went to Wellesley College, were she was majoring in political science. After that Hillary attended Yale Law School. During her second year she worked at Yale Child Study Center. She also took on cases on child abuse at Yale-New Haven Hospital. In the summer of 1970 she was awarded a grant to work at Marian Wright Edelman's Washington Research Project. In the late spring of 1971 she began dating Bill Clinton who was also a law student at Yale. Hillary recieved Juris Docter degree from Yale in 1973.

Hillary and Bill Clinton got married on October 11, 1975. Bill's marriage proposal was " I bought you that house you wanted, so you better marry me because I can't live in it by myself". Hillary bought her wedding dress off the rack at Dillard's department store the day before they got married. The dress was designed by Jessica McClintock. They got married in a big livingroom of a brick house. It was a small wedding with about 100 people. After that in 1980 they had a baby girl who they named Chelsea Clinton. Soon after Bill became the 42 nd president of the United States. This now made Hillary the first lady. Hillary followed her own dreams and became a U.S. senitor, leading up to her becoming a presidential candidate and remember she was already lawyer.

Hillary is a very nice women who loves everthing and every one. Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton is the best Candidate for President of the United States, hopefuly she wins. She deservs it!!!!
